Matt is painting the house again. He called me last night to show me his "progress"

New bows are up on the site...it's about time, huh?

I have an entire set of patriotic Christmas bows too, a bear, santa, angel & snowmen.

I'm planning to attend the Oliver Middle School Craft Show this coming Sat, 10/24. I'll have lots of goodies for sale:) I'll also be at The Church At Battle Creek's Holiday Mart on Nov 11/7. I love seeing my local bow friends. I'll be having a buy 4 get 1 free sale, so be sure to stop by.

Family Reunion

It's not often that we get to see the McWilliams' side of the family. Here's Matt & I (on the right) with his brother and my sis in law. Had a terrific Labor Day with the family.

I have a whole section of sale items on the website plus a new item, the Cafe Sleeve. It is my absolute favorite thing. I use my on my coffee and even right now...I don't want my ice water sweating on the table! It went with me to the Family Reunion too! I always which one was mine:)

Strawberry, yummy!

When I was a little girl our Sunday School teacher would make a batch of cupcakes for the birthday girl or boy in the class. That means we got cupcakes on Sunday morning about 6 or 7 times a year! These weren't just any cupcakes either! She had a secret icing recipe that was super sweet and always tart! We had our choice between orange, cherry, strawberry or lemon. I always went for the strawberry! I pulled a few strings and got that yummy icing recipe for myself.

The finished product is a moist strawberry cake with tart strawberry icing. Brings back memories!

Encouragement Please!

I'm having trouble staying motivated these days! Summer activities have kept me busy and can you believe I haven't made a bow in over a month!?! Thank goodness for good employees and all the down time I took advantage of this winter. My stashing are quickly diminishing...see?

My ribbons are a mess as well. How about some encouragement?? The first 3 people to respond to this will get one free bow made from one of these messy bolts of ribbon!

Ok...really...I have to get to work. No more goofing around!
