working out

My sister and I joined Fit for Her last week and I am loving it. I've lost a whole 3 pounds since Friday hahaha! I've got a lot more to go before I'm happy! They have a sauna and messaging chairs - ahhhhh my fav after a workout.

I mainly wrote this post to keep myself accountable. I'll keep you updated
as the weeks go on; if I don't said anything about, somebody ask me! Help me stay with this!! Off to bed...

hope you're still doing well! i just started a work out routine this week. it's so hard for me to make it a priority...but i desperately want to!! =) you're right...accountibility helps!
